Dominica simplifies and lowers its program fees

Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Unit published amendments today on its fee schedule.

For a period of 12 months, effective September 1, 2017 the new fees applicable to the real estate option are as follows:

  • US$25,000 – Main Applicant
  • US$35,000 – Main Applicant + Spouse
  • US$35,000 – Family of up to four persons, including Main Applicant and up to three Dependents
  • US$50,000 – Family of up to six persons, including Main Applicant and up to five Dependents
  • US$70,000 – Family of up to seven persons, including Main Applicant and at least six dependents

Furthermore, the fees for an additional dependent are now set at US25,000.

The revised fee schedule for the Economic Diversification Fund is as follows:

  • US$100,000 – Single Main Applicant
  • US$175,000 – Main Applicant and Spouse
  • US$200,000 – Main Applicant and up to three Dependents
  • US$25,000 – Additional qualifying Dependent of the Main Applicant, other than a Spouse
